This Privacy Policy describes how AppsBite (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Data when you use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1) Data We Collect
- Account & Contact Data: name, email, phone, company, role.
- Usage & Device Data: IP, device/OS/browser info, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps.
- Transaction & Billing Data: billing name, address, tax IDs, limited payment info (processed by our PSP).
- Support & Communications: messages, tickets, call recordings (where legally permitted).
- Content You Provide: files, prompts, code, datasets, configuration.
- IoT/Telemetry (if applicable): device IDs, sensor readings, event logs.
- Blockchain-related: wallet address, on-chain transaction hashes and events (public by design).
- AI/ML Inputs & Outputs: prompts, model outputs, evaluation feedback, and usage metrics.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: session cookies, analytics, and preference storage (see below).
2) How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Process orders, subscriptions, invoicing, and support.
- Personalize UX; run analytics and performance measurements.
- Develop and evaluate AI features (including RAG, agents, and model tuning) with appropriate safeguards.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

We process Personal Data based on: (i) contract necessity, (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security), (iii) consent (e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and (iv) legal obligations.

5) Sharing & Disclosures
- Vendors/Processors: hosting, analytics, payments, email, customer support.

- Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.
- Public/On-chain Data: certain blockchain activity is public and immutable.

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and enable MFA where available.

We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

- California: rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale/sharing of personal info.
- India (DPDP Act 2023): rights to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal; contact our grievance officer.

10) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us to request deletion.
11) AI & Blockchain Specifics
- AI: We may process inputs/outputs to improve quality, evaluate bias, and prevent abuse. You can opt-out of training where contractually allowed.
- Blockchain: Transactions are public and generally irreversible. Do not share private keys or seed phrases with us.
- IoT: Device telemetry may include sensitive operational data; secure devices and networks appropriately.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version with an updated “Effective date.” Material changes may be notified via email or in-app.
